Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in aftermarket sales for rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in the Eastern Region’s oil and gas sector, with a proven ability to achieve targets, build lasting client relationships, and expand the company’s market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs) in the assigned region.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the aftermarket segment, focusing on spare parts and services for rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, and mechanical seals.

• Expand the product portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and introducing value-added solutions to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Provide technical and commercial support to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and seamless project execution.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector, particularly in the Eastern Region.

• Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment, including compressors, pumps, and mechanical seals, with a focus on spare parts sales and services.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base in the region.

• Jordanian nationality preferred, currently residing in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, with a transferable visa.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical background or understanding of rotating equipment and related services.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.

• Familiarity with the operational and procurement processes of major oil and gas companies in Saudi Arabia Namly SABIC and ARAMCO.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
